材料与做法
(A)
即溶酵母 - 5g
清水 - 150g
(B)
包粉 - 500g
金瓜 - 200g
糖 - 40g
盐 - 3g
玉米油 - 20g
做法:
材料(A)的水加入即溶酵母拌均匀至完全溶解,倒入材料(B)里拌均匀,
再揉成表面光滑的面团,滚圆休面5分钟,杆成长方形,
刷掉表面多余的粉和刷上一层薄薄的清水,加入材料(C),由边缘紧密慢慢的卷起。
再由中间往旁边慢慢搓,让圆柱体面团更均匀,再切成10份,
放在油纸上,直接放进蒸笼里进行最后发酵20-30,视当时室温的温度而定,
发酵完成后,水滚起算大火蒸10分钟,蒸好后稍微开一点盖,让其透一透热即可。
