免揉黑芝麻牛奶吐司
食谱取自

材料:
高粉3杯 (450g)
小麥蛋白粉4大匙 (可用30g高粉)
芝麻粉4大匙
砂糖4大匙
鹽1茶匙
奶粉4大匙
牛奶13盎司 (我只用300ml)
酵母2茶匙
花生油2~3大匙 (我用花籽油)
(粉類1杯約 150 g,液體1盎司約 29.6 c.c.)
做法:
一般做吐司的方法。
