Sugar Cane Prawns
这个好简单的菜是在除夕夜煮的。只是把虾去壳,去虾肠,剁成虾泥,加盐、味精、胡椒粉、芝麻油和少许玉米粉拌匀。把甘蔗去皮,切成小条状,把小条状沾上玉米粉,包上虾泥。烧热油,把甘蔗虾放入油中炸熟,至金黄色即可!
