这杂果蛋糕是从li-shuan家看到的,去年己做过一次,就觉得非常好吃。所以今年再做一次,把brandy改成red wine。结果?? 特别好吃。。。材料方面,做了少许更改。做法就去li-shuan家看看吧! 还有,还有,我用almond和walnut做装饰啦! 希望您们也会喜欢,嘻嘻!
材料:
55g caster sugar
55ml water
160ml brandy (我用red wine)
90g sultanas (golden raisins)
80g currants
80g pitted prunes, chopped
80g fresh pitted dates chopped (我用dried mango)
150g raisins
55g mixed peels
135g chopped dried fig (这里找不到dried fig,改用dried cherries)
蛋糕糊:
100g plain flour
½ tsp mixed spice
15g ground almonds
110g unsalted butter
100g brown sugar (I used 70g) (我用50g light brown sugar)
2 tbs honey
2 tbs treacle (I used golden syrup) (我用honey代替)
1 tbs marmalade (我用strawberry jam)
3 eggs, lightly beaten
150ml brandy for feeding. (我没改,还是用brandy涂抹)
