可在一个钟头里完全的chocolate cupcakes,真好吃,又容易做,放三天还会软,值得一试哦! 可做14粒小cupcakes。如果要cake mould也可以,只是steam的时间必须拉长,至蒸熟为止。
食谱取自Jane's Corner,有少许更改。
Ingredients:
(A)
180g butter
160g sugar
200g full cream evaporated milk
1/2tsp vanilla extract (我没放)
2tbsp of rum (optional)
(B)
2 eggs, slightly beaten with fork
(C)
100g plain flour
50g cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
- Combine (A) in a saucepan. Stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved and butter is melted, turn off the fire and keep warm.
- Add (B) into (1) and stir till well mix.
- Sift (C) into a large mixing bowl, then pour the eggs mixture (2) over the flour and stir till well mix (cake batter should be runny).
- Heat up the steamer.
- Pour the batter into the cupcakes moulds and place the moulds into the steamer.
- Steam over medium heat for 20mins.
