材料:
110g salted butter
50g castor sugar
1 egg
150g plain flour
1/4tsp baking powder
1/4tsp baking powder
1/8tsp baking soda
50g crushed cornflakes

作法:
把Butter和castor sugar打发,加入egg搅拌,筛入粉类和crushed cornflakes,混合一起, 形成一个软面团。 揉成小小圆形, 再裹上extra crushed cornflakes,预热烤箱, 烘150度 15分钟。
