炸红葱-油
可用来煮干捞面,炒菜,煮汤,煮鸡饭,做油葱包。。。很香哦!
材料:200g 红葱头 ,50g 蒜头 + 1kg 食油
热锅倒入油,加入红葱头片
炸至红葱头片浮在油上时,加入蒜头片
用中火炸至金黄色,就可关火
捞起己炸至香酥的红葱头片和蒜片,滤干油
这就是香酥葱片和葱油了
