Scone趁热涂抹butter、honey、jam、kaya都很好吃。冷后也好吃,有很浓的cream cheese! 一定要试做哦! 这就是我明天的breakfast了。
食谱取自Table for 2,少许更改。
Ingredients:
210g flour
40g cornflour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
80g dried cranberries, chopped
120g cream cheese
30g butter
90ml milk
1 egg (1 tbsp removed for glazing)
Glaze:
1 tbsp egg + 1 tsp milk, mix
Extra melted butter for glazing
Method:
1. 先将粉类和baking powder筛过(2次),加入salt,备用。
2. 把cream cheese和butter搅拌至滑,加入粉类拌成粉屑。
3. egg和milk拌匀,直接倒入 (2)中用spoon搅拌均匀。再加入dried cranberries.
4. 把mould沾上flour(防粘),印出形状放在己涂上少许油。
5. 预热oven,把scones涂上蛋液,烤150度15-20分钟。
6. 熟后,拿出来涂抹少许牛油,即可。
