斑兰相思蛋糕
食谱取自
eileen
。
材料:
A
5粒 蛋黄
1粒 全蛋
1/4tsp 盐
65g 粟米油
80g pandan汁
65g 低粉
B
5粒 蛋白
70g 幼糖
1tsp 柠檬汁
做法:
1)一般戚风蛋糕的做法, 以170度烤约45分钟。
2)蛋糕出炉后,倒扣冷却。
