奶油南瓜泥
食谱取自
Carol
材料:
南瓜300g
細砂糖20g
無鹽奶油20g
步驟:
1.南瓜去皮蒸15分鐘至熟軟
2.趁熱壓成泥狀
3.放入炒鍋中翻炒4-5分鐘
4.加入細砂糖混合均勻
5.小火翻炒3-4分鐘
6.加入無鹽奶油
7.繼續小火翻炒至成糰即可
8.成品可作為麵包或包子內餡使用
